POLICIES

Please review our booking policies before scheduling your session.

2-hour minimum: All studio bookings require a minimum reservation of two hours.
Appointments only: All sessions must be booked in advance. We do not accept walk-ins.
Advance booking: Sessions must be booked at least 4 hours in advance. We recommend booking approximately 24 hours ahead to ensure room and engineer availability.
Booking confirmation: A room is not considered officially booked until the required deposit has been received and your booking has been confirmed by AMP Studios.
Session start and end times: Your session begins at the scheduled booking time, regardless of your arrival time. Late arrival does not extend the scheduled session or provide additional studio time at no charge.
Confirmation required: If you have not received a confirmation text or phone call, your room is not considered booked.
Deposit required: A deposit is required to secure all studio sessions.

Full refunds are granted for cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance.
No refunds: Deposits and payments for booked studio time are non-refundable 24hrs or less before session start time. Please make sure you are able to attend your scheduled session before completing your booking. We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to technical equipment failure.

We maintain a professional environment. All guests must adhere to our technical protocols. Unauthorized use of studio equipment or disruption of session flow will result in immediate termination of the booking.

AMP Studios provides all professional recording gear. Artists are responsible for their own instruments and microphones. Any damage or loss of equipment requires a full replacement fee as per our insurance policy.
